In Watersound along Scenic Highway 30A, 30A Design Group designed this luxury coastal home to feel like the client’s life, not a designer showroom. Led by Paulette DeGraw, the Santa Rosa Beach interior design studio planned the project from concept through finishes, furnishings, and project management—balancing Watersound’s quiet Nantucket-inspired architecture with the way the family actually lives between Gulf beaches, dune lakes, and boardwalks. The result is a full-service Watersound interior that is coastal, durable, and personal: rooms scaled for gathering and rest, materials chosen for Florida humidity and everyday use, and details that belong to this gated 30A community rather than a generic beach house.
